Then our Journey is right for you. You tell us what you are looking for or what you want to strengthen, you determine duration and content – we design your effective blended-learning or online journey..

We usually dedicate to one monthly theme (chosen by you). We use synchronous and asynchronous forms of learning to engage with the subject in a variety of ways:

• Personal journey journal: accompanies participants in their goal setting and implementation.
• Individual 1:1 online coaching sessions (30 min) to ensure continuity and success.
• Knowledge & Learning: 4-hour intensive training sessions (online or present) on various leadership subjects.
• Weekly impulses: regular inspirational nuggets and tips to strengthen leadership skills.
• Duration: anything is possible – usually starting from 4 months.
