What this journey includes – in a nutshell:
We usually dedicate to one monthly theme (chosen by you). We use synchronous and asynchronous forms of learning to engage with the subject in a variety of ways:
- Personal journey journal: accompanies participants in their goal setting and implementation.
- Individual 1:1 online coaching sessions (30 min) to ensure continuity and success.
- Knowledge & Learning: 4-hour intensive training sessions (online or present) on various leadership subjects.
- Weekly impulses: regular inspirational nuggets and tips to strengthen leadership skills.
- Duration: anything is possible – usually starting from 4 months.
